Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders
We offer free shipping across India with no minimum order value.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During high-demand periods, sales, or festive seasons, processing time may extend to 3–4 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 1 Cities: 4–6 business days

  • Tier 2 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on courier partner operations and local conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email along with a tracking number and tracking link to track your shipment.

Payment Mode

Currently, we accept prepaid orders only.
🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of all orders.

Address Change Requests

If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at support@garnetessence.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to three delivery attempts.
If the delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the package will be returned to us. Further action will be taken as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us immediately at support@garnetessence.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a video of the package and product

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We look forward to serving our international customers in the future.

Holidays & Delays

Orders may not be processed or delivered on national holidays and major festive days. Delivery timelines may be extended during such periods.
